    1. Where do you ship from?

    We ship from Australia, with warehouses in Sydney and Perth. Most orders are shipped from Sydney, and we also support in-person pickup.

    2. Which countries do you ship to?

    3. How long does delivery take?

    Orders are processed within 1-3 business days.
    For Australia, delivery usually takes 2–8 business days. For the UK, it takes 6–10 business days. For the US, delivery is estimated at 23–28 days. For other regions, please contact us via email: info@edgefollow.com.

    4. How can I track my order?

    Once your order is shipped, we will send you the tracking number. For Australia, most orders are delivered via Australia Post (except for oversized items). For international customers, we use 4PX for delivery. You can track your order here: www.17track.net.

    For US customers, oversized items are shipped by sea. After the shipment departs, it usually takes about 15 days to reach the port, and the tracking number will be updated once it arrives in the US.

    We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days.

    For non-quality issues, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

    If the issue is due to product defects or shipping damage, we will provide a replacement or a full refund at no extra cost..

    If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos or videos of the issue. we will send you a new package with faster shipping and full tracking whenever possible.
